The Olympus E-M1X was officially announced

The long-awaited E-M1X has been officially announced! Many of the specs had already been leaked, but it is worth reviewing them here:

  • Integrated Vertical Grip, Dual Batteries
  • 36m-Dot 0.83x Electronic Viewfinder
  • 0″ 1.037m-Dot Vari-Angle Touchscreen
  • DCI 4K/24p & UHD 4K/30p Video Recording
  • 5-Axis Sensor-Shift Image Stabilization
  • 15 fps Shooting and Expanded ISO 25600
  • 121-Point All Cross-Type Phase-Detect AF
  • Weather-Sealed Construction

This camera was obviously designed for a very specific audience. But if we consider that much of this technology may pass to the future Olympus releases, it’s certainly worth knowing more about this new model. So we’ve selected a set of videos you might like to watch:
